Common questions
Is the Insight Session really free?
Yes, completely. It is a focused 45 minutes to an hour — no open-ended commitment on your time. You get a clear picture of what to fix first, yours to keep and act on whether we work together or not.
Do I need to buy software or new tools?
Almost never. My approach is to work with what you already have and make it work better. If a new tool would genuinely help, I will tell you — but I am not here to sell you on platforms or subscriptions.
How long does an engagement take?
The Fix typically wraps in two to three weeks. The Overhaul runs four to six weeks depending on scope and how available you are to collaborate. I keep things moving without dragging it out.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Founder-led and service-based businesses of all kinds. Healthcare practices, event companies, salons, nonprofits, professional service firms, family-owned businesses. My background is in accounting and financial operations, so I bring a particularly sharp eye to anything involving numbers, reporting, or financial workflows — but operational problems do not scare me regardless of where they show up.
What if I just want the audit and will handle implementation myself?
That is completely fine. The Insight Session is designed to give you everything you need to act on your own. A lot of owners just need someone to look clearly at the business and tell them what to fix first.
When do I pay?
Not until the work is delivered. I do not ask for anything upfront. You see the work, it is what we agreed on, and then we settle up.
